1. Cancellation Policy
At Boostingr, we reserve the right to cancel any service order at our sole discretion. This typically occurs under the following circumstances:
- Inability to fulfill specific project requirements or technical constraints.
- Non-compliance with our acceptable use policies or platform guidelines.
- Provision of invalid or fraudulent billing information.
- Any activity that creates legal liability for Boostingr or its strategic partners.
We will communicate any such cancellation to you within a reasonable timeframe via your registered email.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Boostingr and are typically reserved for cases where services have not yet commenced or if a critical error has occurred on our part. Please note:
- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment source used at the time of transaction.
- The recipient may be required to provide valid KYC documentation to verify identity before a refund is processed.
- Processing times vary by payment method but generally take between 7 to 14 business days across Indian banking networks.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the refund source differs from the original source of payment.
3. Service Specific Exceptions
Due to the nature of digital growth services:
- Ad Spend: Any funds already committed to third-party advertising platforms, including Meta or Google, are non-refundable.
- Custom Dev: Work hours already expended on custom code or AI model training are non-refundable.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds shall be resolved as per the arbitration framework defined in our Terms of Service, with venue in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
