1. Services Overview
Boostingr provides a one-stop solution for digital growth, including AI automation, performance marketing, social media management, and custom web development. Specific service scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be governed by individual service agreements or work orders.
2. Account and Business Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You grant Boostingr a non-exclusive license to use your business data, including advertising logs, store metrics, and brand assets, solely for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon growth services.
3. Fees, GST and Payments
All service fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified. Under Indian tax laws, a mandatory 18% GST will be applied to all invoices. Payments must be made within the 7-day grace period following the invoice date. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or a 2% monthly interest charge.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless clearly specified in a work order, Boostingr retains ownership of standardized AI models, custom code frameworks, and internal methodologies developed. Clients retain ownership of all brand-specific creative assets, logos, and final copy produced during the engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Growth marketing involves market variables outside our direct control. Boostingr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the preceding 30 days.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with a 15-day written notice. Any outstanding fees for services performed until the termination date must be settled immediately.
7. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
